Ok, I know this clip of the trailer is somewhat aged, like 2 months or so. However, I just love the realism of Zelda in the black cloak. This trailer tempts me to make Zelda into a movie when I grow up and make FFVII, FFVI, and CT into movies. Anyways, you may check it out here. Zelda Trailer.

Ok, first I decided to move the member cap from 42 to 36. I had the idea of two main alliances of 18 within the clan with a support group of 6, but I guess it really wouldn't matter. So, I am moving the cap down. All we need now is 9 more members and we are set ^^ We are also ranked number 16 on the Top 100 FFXI and the poll has taken a huge turn. Bastok and San'Doria caught up, but I recently just checked it and Windurst is out to another 2 vote lead. Wow...heh, I thought for sure we would start in Bastok or San'Doria, looks like this will be down to the wire, hehe.

Now, for the actual news. Spawn of Fate: Chronicle wil be SoF's monthly online newspaper. It is something to notify the rest of the clan members as well other passer byers of what has been happening in SoF over the course of the current month. So, now is the time where I am asking for help on it. These are the current positions that need assistance in:

We need Editor, Editor, Reporter/Writer, Reporter/Writer, Reporter/Writer, Photo Editor, Photo Editor, HTML Programmer/Graphic Designer, and HTML Programmer/Graphic Designer. If you would like to fill one of these places then email me with the position you would like to take.

Editor - Checking over written stories that have been submitted making sure spelling, grammer, etc. are all correct and ready for submition. Also, interviewing various players on their thoughts for current stories and then writing some stories.

Reporter/Writer - These are the people that when playing Final Fantasy XI or just talking in general about it to other fans, will ask questions. In sense, interviewing players on their inputs about the game or current events that may be taking place. Reporter/Writer's will also need to have exceptional writing skills on stories they want to be published within the newspaper.

Photo Editor - A simple job, you hold an email account for game players from SoF and sometimes outside of SoF to send in their screenshots from the game. You then edit the pictures and pick out the best pictures suitable for the current story. Not all the time, but sometimes stories will be generated from the certain picture that is taken.

HTML Programmer/Graphic Designer - The HTML Programmers will need knowledge of higher then basic HTML. Each individual page will be created by these programmers with various table commands. They will also make the layout of the p

age look acceptable and neat. Also compatible for Windows and Macintosh Internet Explorer browsers.

Hello all, this si a new thing I will do to let you gusy be informed that I am still active and not dead. Nothing else has been updated, but I am working on the Spawn of Fate: Chronicle link which will be in doubt our monthly newspaper when the game is launched on the NA servers. Later I will most likely be asking for editors, photographers, writers, reporters, etc. Other then that, we are now at 27 members and Hume has caught up with Tarutaru. As well, the poll is very close. Windurst seemed to be the nation we would go to, but now San'Doria is climbing up the ladder.

I don't know if you guys have seen the new clips of the new level 60 weapon skills. They are pretty spiffy though. I will work on the completion of the magic section throughout the week. Probably won't get much done though since my week is pretty bucked. Even my weekend is with MTG on Saturday and the new and last STNG movie.

(sigh)...I am really sorry for not updating for nearly a whole month. I was planning on updating the site when I had the complete classes section complete, the forums revamped(Legato is working on that), and the magic section done. Well, I have one of those things done, lol. I was able to get a lot og the magic up, but there is still a bit more to put up. The classes section will find their way up soon enough as well the forums will get revamped sooner or later.

However, if you are pretty good at Adobe Photoshop and would like to revamp the forum, meaning skinnning it. Then please email me and I will gladly send the files over. Then once you are done you can send them back and I will decide if it is worthy of being the new skin.

I was able to send Spawn of Fate into many other FFXI NA clan sites for affiliation reasons. Seems that none of them like us, lol. Ah well, I at least was able to get Spawn of Fate on some search engines. Oh yea, we are now on the Top 100 FFXI sites, so start clicking that button like a mad man to get us in the top 5 at least.

If you would turn your attention to the right column you will see the updated SoF status. 22/42?! Yah, a lot of people emailed me over the span of one month. We got 5 new members in that month. (We really have 24 members, two of them are undecided on what they will be) However, a lot actually didn't pass the SoF test which was a shock to me. Also, please vote in on what nation you would like to see Spawn of Fate starting it. You don't necessarily need to be apart of the clan, but vote anyways. However, I will not tolerate dozens of votes from the same ip.

One more note, from now til January 1st I will be accepting SoF official logo entrys. How this will work is that you make a banner (470width by 65height) and then submit it to my email. Come January 1st I will post all of the banners submited and we will vote on one official SoF logo/banner. You may submit 10 entrys, no more.
